About

We help anticipate and avoid, or represent clients in lawsuits and administrative proceedings in ways that protect corporate reputations and brands. We have acted as lead counsel on behalf of a number of multinational life science companies and have successfully defended them in various liability risk disputes including product safety and regulatory non-compliance issues. Specifically, as lead counsel, we defended a US pharmaceutical company in a criminal case involving violations of anti-bribery laws in Japan.
