Stephen McCann joined our office as a counsel in the Finance & Projects Group on 1 June. He has extensive experience supporting clients in Asia on large-scale projects and transactions in the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors globally. His core practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, construction, offtake agreements, and commodity sales.
