Baker McKenzie Tokyo Appoints Akifusa Takada and Gavin Raftery as Co-Managing Partners
July 1, 2021 – Baker & McKenzie (Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise) is pleased to announce the appointment of Akifusa Takada and Gavin Raftery as co-managing partners of the Tokyo office, succeeding Hiroshi Kondo, who completed his term as managing partner on June 30, 2021.
Akifusa is a partner in the Firm’s M&A practice and Gavin is a partner in the Firm’s Banking & Finance practice. They are also both leaders of our transactional practices in Tokyo and will continue to support our clients and help them achieve their strategic goals.
