Advised an international hotel operator in relation to its agreement with a Japanese real estate developer on the development and management of its hotel in Osaka.
Represented a US-based real estate fund in its acquisition of a hotel in Okinawa using a TMK structure.
Acted for an international real estate developer on themanagement agreement with an international hotel company for a new hotel resort and branded residence development in Niseko, Japan.
Represented an international hotel management company on a newly developed branded residence project.
Advised an international hotel company on its hotel management agreement related to the design, construction and management of a hotel in Ginza, Tokyo.
Advised a Thai real estate company on its acquisition of the Kiroro Ski Resort (including a hotel, ski area and related facilities).
Advised a global hotel group on its agreement with a Japanese storage and transportation company to manage a new hotel in Japan.
Represented a Japanese hotel group in its acquisition of a hotel in Hokkaido, Japan.
