Representative Experience

Represented a Japanese bank in connection with the financing of a large hotel portfolio in Hawaii and California.
Represented a major European financial institution in its financing of a fund acquiring a commercial building in Osaka held in a TMK structure.
Represented a US securities company acting as the mezzanine bondholder in the refinancing of TMK bonds and non-recourse TMK loans secured by real estate.
Acted for a Japanese asset management company on a syndicated loan secured by real estate and other types of assets held in a GK-TK structure in connection with a major hotel near the Tokyo Disney Resort.
