Representative Experience

Advised the fund manager of a large international fund with a global real estate portfolio on the formation, solicitation and disclosures of a Japan feeder fund.
Acted for a Japanese insurance company as an investor in a fund structure investing in a real estate portfolio within and outside Japan.
